"I have points for Pantaloons but first they pretended many times that the points werent working. Always give over priced stuff. I always shop there but recently got to know that they discontinued points. The quality of their clothes too isnt up to the standard and then they sell over priced stuff. I have not had a good experience shopping there the past couple of times, although before this they were genuinely good. I feel like I have been cheated. They also asked me to buy a premium for 10, 000 rupees and said that would get me some points. I wouldnt recommend going here, they cheat customers."

"Good Stock, Nice Collection in the shop. But the customer representative or helpers were not at the counter. We bought two earrings(₹299 each) as there was offer on it BUY ONE GET ONE FREE. No representatives were there to tell us as we need a slip from Counter to redeem that offer. On billing section *Pooja and Sachin* the name of billing executives. They made a bill of ₹598 without asking us for the slip. And when we told them their is an offer on these earrings than they said we don’t know. How can billing section staffs be so Irresponsible? Also when we said we need a refund for one earrings(that was ₹299) after applying that offer they said we can’t refund you have to buy something for these money. Disgusting experience it was. We were paying for their mistake"
